Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to cancel

1. Tell us via the contact page and include your order number.
2. Return the item unused and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return postage is paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund

We refund your payment no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of cancellation. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back.

Damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible and include a photo.
